Being an ally isn’t a status that someone achieves, it is dependent on actions. What actions people take and continue to take is what makes someone an ally. In this episode, we discuss some of the major do’s and don’t’s of being a good ally. We outline the importance of listening as well as when an ally can use their voice and story to the highest benefit.

In the second half of the episode, we cover some of the common myths people tend to carry about what being an ally means. We cover these myths and what the realities actually are for allies.
